Terms of Service

The BioHarmony Score, by The Well Home · Effective September 1, 2026

1. Acceptance

By using the BioHarmony Score assessment, purchasing a BioHarmony Blueprint, or otherwise accessing this app, you agree to these Terms of Service and to The Well Home's Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. What this service is — and is not

This is an educational wellness and home-environment assessment based on your self-reported answers, not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and not a substitute for professional care. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making changes that could affect your health. Results, including your BioHarmony Score, your 7 lever scores, your Home Determinants of Health audit, and any AI-generated protocol or narrative, reflect your own answers and are not independently verified by a physician for your specific circumstances.

AI-generated content (your personalised protocol, narrative summary, and related recommendations) is produced automatically from your answers and may contain errors or generic guidance. Review it critically and use your own judgment, particularly for anything involving cost, safety, or a licensed contractor.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to complete a purchase. The free assessment is intended for adults describing their own household; if you are completing it on behalf of a minor or another person, you are responsible for having their permission to do so.

4. Your account and data

The assessment relies entirely on what you tell it — we do not independently verify your answers. Providing inaccurate information will produce an inaccurate report. Your name, email, and (if provided) phone number are used to deliver your results and, unless you unsubscribe, to send related updates. See the Privacy Policy for the full detail on what is collected, why, and for how long.

If you use the optional live environmental-data lookup (weather, air quality, wildfire and drought conditions, water system information for an address you enter), that address is used only to run that one lookup. It is not stored by this app beyond the request needed to return your results, and it is not added to your contact record unless you separately provide it as part of your account information.

5. Purchases, pricing, and the guarantee

The BioHarmony Blueprint is a one-time purchase, currently $495, with no subscription or recurring charge. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your card details. Valid discount or clinic codes may reduce this price as stated at checkout.

Guarantee: if your Blueprint doesn't surface at least three concrete changes worth making, we'll refund it. To request a refund under this guarantee, contact us with your report and a brief note on why it didn't meet that bar.

6. Third-party data sources

The environmental-data feature queries public, third-party sources — the National Weather Service, EPA drinking-water and Envirofacts data, AirNow, NIFC wildfire perimeter data, the US Drought Monitor, and (for address lookup) Google Places. We do not control the accuracy, availability, or update frequency of these sources and make no warranty about them. Water system information in particular is presented as approximate and state-level, not a confirmed match to your specific address — see the in-app labelling on that section.

7. Acceptable use

Don't use this app to submit answers on behalf of someone else without their knowledge, to attempt to extract or scrape the underlying assessment content or scoring logic, to interfere with the app's normal operation, or to use the results for any purpose that would require a licensed medical, engineering, or contracting professional's sign-off in your jurisdiction.

8. Intellectual property

The assessment questions, scoring methodology, report design, and BioHarmony name and marks belong to The Well Home. Your own answers and the resulting report are yours to use personally; you may not resell, redistribute, or represent the assessment itself as your own work.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The app and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any recommendation will produce a particular outcome.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Well Home is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or reliance on its content, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the Blueprint (or $0 if you used the free assessment only).

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the effective date above will change when we do. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which The Well Home is headquartered, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
